Our Team
Krishna is a Senior professional banker with over 34 years of experience in India, Oman and UAE in the areas of project finance, ECA backed financing, syndications and corporate banking. Previous work experience at IBM (T J Watson Research Centre, NY), ICICI Ltd., Banque Indosuez, ABN AMRO, Commerzbank, HSBC Oman (formerly Oman International Bank) and National Bank of Oman. At National Bank of Fujairah (14 years), Krishna worked with large and mid-corporates in the area of Corporate Banking (mostly trading companies) leading a team of relationship managers. From May 2019 and until May 2022, he was heading the Central Credit Administration Department of National Bank of Fujairah managing various post sanction matters including credit related documentation and limits, trade transaction monitoring and syndications agency desk units. He has been involved in overseeing automation of post sanction workflows and monitoring activities. He is the co-founding partner of Finacea International FZC.
Bala is a dynamic and result oriented professional with over 35 + years of hands-on experience in Global Trade Finance service in UAE which includes Structured finance, Back-to-Back LCs, Transferable LCs, Oil LCs, Commodities LCs, Review of various Guarantee formats and identify the risk standard set by the international trade. He has acquired expertise in preparation of Standard Operating Procedure and system implementation for respective products. Bala is well experienced in originating LC confirmation & discounting transactions against Financial Institutions risks. Worked with National Bank of Fujairah for over 14 years as Unit Head of Trade Services. Well versed especially at managing large back-office team taking responsibility for Products and Services with cross selling initiatives being the highlights in his career. Always went upfront in taking responsibilities at implementation of various systems as part of digitisation of banking products. He has also worked with Lloyds TSB Bank in UAE, taking up and excelling in overseas assignments. He is a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist and CeiTF qualified from The London Institute of Banking and Finance. Bala is the co-founding partner of Finacea International (FZC).
Nitya is a freelance finance educational professional who conducts modular class sessions in specialized subjects like Project Finance. She is closely associated with one of the leading management institutes having global campuses in different geographical locations. She has also taken up specialized assignments for organisations in banking and consulting in the UAE and provided feasibility studies on various topics. In the past, Nitya was part of the senior management for ICICI Bank Limited having held various positions such as Head - Cash Management Services, Deputy Zonal Manager (Wholesale Banking - Western Zone). Prior to this, Nitya was Deputy Head at the erstwhile SCICI Limited, a Specialized Financial Institution dealing with Shipping, Transport and allied sectors and assessing the feasibility of lending proposals for this sector. She represented the financial institutions as a Nominee Director on Company Boards. Nitya is a specialized finance professional having also worked briefly in the industry prior to joining banking.
